Diggle shouldn't do the superhero thing, at least, not long term. Having a short term Mirakuru fest as Guardian being a Captain America send up could be a lot of fun, but in the end, let him just keep the helmet and be Diggle, or perhaps get an ARGUS callsign. "Ordinance" sounds good, and has a double meaning, both as a matter of weapons and as a matter of law.

I believe John Diggle is going to be none other than...Black Lightning (real name Jefferson Pierce. By Team Arrow previosly being outed by Capt. Lance.. he had no choice but to not only have a codename and hero type duds, but to also have a complete identity change. Because, the producers and the fans do not want to see the good name of Diggle being reduced to a codename and hero duds. So, he will be leading and living a different persona once season 4 airs! And I am so excited!

Black Lightning is more realistic for him, because he started off in DC as having no powers! He was also wrongfully imprisoned in Iron Heights prison for killing a Senator I believe.. and he also had to change his identity once more inside of there. By shaving his head and adopting some tattoos. So, who knows? Digg may just be tatted up in season 4! Lol!
