Not necessarily. As we'll have both a tv and movie flash, constantine, deadshot, kitana, etc. So i wouldn't 100% rule him out.

I don't see why his use in a TV series means he's off the table for future Justice League films. I doubt we'll see him in Part 1, and maybe not even in Part 2, but I could see him showing up in future films.

Well Arrow get told they can't use or have to stop using certain characters if they are going to be in the movies. It seems a similar case with The Flash with a few notable exceptions. So it seems to make sense that Supergirl would have the same embargo's. It's certainly a worry that him being in Supergirl means they have no plans for him in the movies.

Certain characters. We don't know that J'onn is one of those characters, though.

And they probably don't have any plans for him in the movies. Right now.

They are going to have two different version of The Flash either relatively close together, or even running concurrently.

We've heard rumors about Green Arrow and Black Canary in a Justice League film, and they're both on ARROW.

I seriously, seriously doubt they will balk at using J'onn if they feel like it. They may do it with a few years in between versions, but I doubt they will avoid using him at all. Again, assuming they want to at some point.

And don't think the people in charge of the DCCU don't realize that J'onn J'onnz is essentially their "Vision".
