Homecoming The Kid Who Collects Spider-Man

What do you think of this story being used in the next movie (or maybe 4th)? Not as the main story, of course, but as backstory. t:

yeah, it'd be great for seeing garfield put off his final role as spiderman and sharing a moment with the kid

I thought the kid scenes from ASM2 was a nod to this storyline.

The only nod there's even been to this storyline outside of the comics is in the 90's animated series.

I'm not sure they'll do a proper adaptation of this story for a movie. They already had a kid featured in ASM2. Unless maybe they were to use the same kid again.

It'd be a great idea to use the same kid in the storyline to build them up as characters

I hope they have another moment with a villain shooting bullets and rockets and the kid steps forward to have a quiet moment of defiance with Spidey. Rhino was respectful and stopped firing for a few minutes.
