But he wan't Comic Constantine, he was Movie Constantine, and a damn fine one at that.

You shouldn't give two figs about Movie adaptations of your favorite characters. That person who you love and enjoy is still there, on the page, and if you need to see him on the big screen to justify your love then you need to think long and hard about how big of a fan you are.
