WB confuses me sometimes. The series is still popular and its always on TV. They could make some money from SE DVD.

I'd be fully willing to double-dip if WB released SE versions.

I believe you. TBS, TNT, HBO, and Cinemax air LW, LW 2, and LW 4 every other week. Although I still don't understand the lack of Lethal Weapon 3. It barely airs for some reason.

prolly cuz 1,2,4 are better. 3 is good, just not the best...

My theory is that they air 1 & 2 cause its the best and 4 cause its the most recent. And they just treat 3 as the middle child.

I'd say 3 and 4 are equals. 3 has great action scenes and the "romance/love" scene between Riggs and Cole was fantastic. 4 had Jet Li and that awesome freeway chase scene. But story-wise both movies were VERY weak compared to the first two. And the villains weren't as good either.

That was a nice nod to LW 2 and 3.

Shane Black's original LW2 script had Riggs killed.

Wish thats how it did happen. Would have been more poignant

4 is the only one even mildly worth not having Riggs die
