I actually think it's been over a year since I've had a beer or cider. Any alcohol really.

Five years for me. I'd probably have a guiness at a restaurant or a bar with a friend, if they asked me too, but itd be 1 and done. Alcohol makes me sleepy, lonely, and generally depressed if I get more than a minor buzz. I start thinking about all my screwups and missed opportunities and burned bridges.
