Yep. Something odd is going on. Marvolo's post appeared after I posted and I went to quote him and now it and my previous post have vanished.

Yeah majority of the posts I see are from Tuesday.

I ended up seeing it on Facebook too. It's all over Twitter and Tumblr and every other artsy type site now.

That's interesting, thanks for posting it. I have been off site for a few hours....just came back on and saw that some threads I posted in hours ago now have posts from Wednesday as being the last posts made. Apparently we aren't the only ones being hacked.

I've had alerts show up as new that were old, slow loading pages and my watched threads font always update.

I can't view anyone's posts from Thursday or today. Wtf is going on with the Hype? Was it hacked again?

Idk if it's possible. But yall might want to consider moving the Hype back to old software. Until you can properly secure and run the new software. Or just leave it on the old software indefinitely. New software and features arent worth a damn if the Hype is being hacked to pieces. Not to mention its putting user info at risk.

Typing this to see what point this post shows up. I kept getting errors, the site finally came back up, now I'm missing days of posts. There's no way the threads I'm checking out are current where it shows they are. Even checking the alerts isn't working.

Guessing another hack, or kinks still being worked out from the last one.

Looks like another hack....plus, being told that other sites are being hit too.

Well, that answers that. Briefly I saw a new post from Marvolo. I refreshed the page, and it mixed my new post in with posts from two days ago. It's weird. It's as if all posts after Wednesday are being hidden.

Whatever is going on isn't affecting other sites as far as I know, but it looked like I said Tumblr, Twitter, etc. because posts keep getting displaced and my comment was in reference to Bowsette, not this.

I don't think the software itself is necessarily the problem but someone(s) is definitely messing with the servers the site runs on.

anyone had a flea problem? the winter was so mild here minus a day of ice, the fleas and ticks are insane... its been off and on all summer cause I have been doing the chemical thing from the vet (where you put it on the dogs/cats spines) and it worked some... but keep coming back... Used flea/tick shampoo of all prices... from the cheap stuff at wal mart to the $25 (yes you read that ridiculous price right) from petco.

Now i just tried the Dawn soap in water trick... you mix it in a bowl without making the soap bubble up and apparently it attracts them and kills them.

I've sprayed my carpets, cleaned bedding, etc.. and for the last couple weeks its simply not working. I don't see them anywhere but on the dogs. Trying to avoid calling an exterminator cause I'll need somewhere to keep the animals for a few hours.

Figured some of you old timers have a secret trick... like putting pineapple on pizza and scaring them away or something... maybe a Doc Savage movie kills them in their tracks...

Get the dogs treated for fleas. That'll cut off their food supply and they'll eventually die off.
