Two of my favorite mods are individuals in my Hype Class of 2004 whom I've been blessed to count as online friends for almost 10 years (which is crazy). One doesn't even live in this country (U.S.). The other has become a Hype Teacher/Mother figure deeply respected (and feared) by many.

The three of us haven't always seen eye to eye, but I guess that's what happens when you become truly friends with people and care about what happens to them. I'm so proud of what they've been able to accomplish in their new roles on this site.
Another is a young man from Ohio who confided in me years ago about his true sexual orientation--a good two years before he dropped the knowledge here at The Hype. I was privileged to see him fight his personal demons and emerge from this quiet, private shell and evolve into one of the Hype's most popular--and vocal--mods ever.
And finally, this other guy is totally into doggie-style activity (let it marinate, you dirty-ass minds!) and while partnered with me, conducted one of the greatest Hype April Fools Day covert operations ever seen. This system-wide action screwed up the accounts of hundreds of Hypesters, causing many to question their own sexuality and desire for hairy Baywatch actors.
