You might want to try talking to a behavioral therapist to find ways to deal with your eating triggers. By that I mean finding ways other than food to deal with stress. If you eat when you get stressed, it means you probably have poor skills for coping with stress in the first place.
 
You need to learn to cope with it in some way other than eating.

Have you even consulted a specialist to talk about your issues? You do not have to drastically rehab overnight. Perhaps you start to exercise 5 - 10 minutes a day. Don't run if you don't like it; walk instead, and gradually build up. Do the same w/ your food. Try to set one day where you eat healthy, and then add more at your own pace.

If stress is a trigger for you, Daisy's right; you should talk to a professional who can help you address that in a healthier way.

Personally, exercise works for me. I do not like repetition in exercising, so I always try something different, and change what I do regularly. Start at a comfortable pace, and set some attainable goals for yourself. Changing your body isn't an overnight process. It will probably take some time, but you can do it, if you create a plan, and stick w/ it.

I get that... and that's the problem.

You shouldn't rely on food to make you happy, or destress you. It's generally an indication that you don't have good coping skills... emotionally.

I'm not saying that you shouldn't enjoy your food, but there's a difference between "enjoying your food" - the sensual aspects of it - as opposed to "using your food to find enjoyment" - to cope emotionally. You want to do the former, not the latter.

I harnassed the power of double cheeseburgers last thursday (McDonalds), friday (Sonic), and TWICE on saturday (BurgerKing & cookout)!! :( :( :(
 
Cheese on burgers= :down :o


Also, the Doubles at Wendy's are the best. (w/ out cheese of course)
 
Wendy's Burgers are immoral... f**kin corners freak me out man... :dry:
