The "new" New Avengers?

The cover for Black Panther 24, which comes out in January has Black Panther, Storm, Captain America, Invisble Woman, Falcon and Tigra posing together. I wonder if this means anything and if this might be the new cast of NA. Anyone have any ideas?

Pretty sure they've already stated that Cap, Wolverine, and Spiderman are def in the next New Avengers roster. Past that not sure, I'd have np with Black Panther rejoining and Storm joining for a first time, as long as it doesn't feel gimmicky with Storm and BP's banter to promote their current book or something. Also as long as Storm and Wolverine don't make the book feel too X-Men like, X-Men's my fave book and all don't get me wrong, just Avengers is it's own thing and 2 X-Men on the team might feel a bit weird.
