AHAHAHAA

Cloud Sniper is mos dangerous DCU villain ever.

Veering off on a tangent a bit - Ollie's age? Chronologically, not physically. Cos he was one of the youngest members of the original JLA far as I can tell, but has had time for a 20 something son to be born and grow up during his tenure as GA, and have gone across the country with Hal in a truck over a dozen years ago. Bats is 30 something, sure. Same as Clark. Dinah must be younger given the complex 'mum jla member' angle to her life. But Ollies confuses me a bit - he supposed to be 40 something? Cos that seems a bit old even given his reduction of ten years in physicality since his resurrection.

Actually, Ollie was one of the oldest Leaguers, asides from the Martian Manhunter, I think he was the oldest.

If you don't count the fact that he was De-aged when Hal brought him back to life.

Dinah was one of the youngest members of the JLA, at 19. Ollie was one of the oldest, in his 30s*. However, thanks to a little jiggery-pokery from Hal-as-Spectre, and the Lazarus Pits, they're both physically somewhere around their late 20s to early 30s.

*And the X-Men fans complain about the age gap between Archangel & Husk...

Love the preview pages - clever idea of Ollies. The art on this book is great too!

That IS a pretty a clever idea. Connor better make it out alive.

Why? That just means he'll sit in bed for another year of issues like a pathetic sack of crap, and then he'll get better and walk around like a pathetic sack of crap because, as we all know, Winick only ever writes Connor as a pathetic sack of crap.

So someone else other than Winick can still write him (well)?

No one else is writing Connor. Have you seen Dragon's Blood's sales? :o

I'm going to choose to think Dragon's Blood sold 150k a month.

Hope leads to disappointment. :(
Which, unbeknownst to anyone yet, is the color gray on the emotional spectrum.

That is pretty good writing, I have to admit, but I'm still annoyed that Winick's sole tool -- his only tool -- for the past year has been to tease death.

Oh man, I'm excited for the Gray Lanterns. Instead of making constructs, or shooting energy beams or anything, they just cause disappointment.

"Quick, after that Gray Lantern, Hal!"
"I'm on it, Joh--"ZAP
"...****...the pizza guy put anchovies on it..."

Hahahaha.

Hal: Dinah, I've been wanting to do this for so long but you and Ollie...
Dinah: Hal, shut up an fu*ZAP*... oh no. It's like a dog died up there,

I'd rather Connor live to be written by a writer who understands him in the future, than see him die just to spare him Winick's pen. Every good character endures a horrible writer at least once. Connor can make it through this.

Personally, I want to see him join the JSA. He'd be well written, and he already fits in with the book's current theme of legacy heroes.

Connor can also just be resurrected later on by a good writer. No big deal.

I don't know, that preview has me re-evaluating my earlier assertion that he is deaded.
