Kinda the same here. I love GA and wish there were more comics with him in. But his own has just gone so downhill of late. They just cant seem to get the formula right. I'm happy he finally married Dinah, but the whole family book heme is slowing it down big time.

I feel like these last two issues have been a lot better than the last 2 or so arcs. It's probably my love for Mia though. I would do her no matter what disease I might contract.

There are of course aspects of the book I still don't care for. Cupid is a damn terrible, annoying, dull character. If Ollie ****s her, I'm dropping the book. Also, the backup features are pretty crappy and do not ad anything to the story. Mia telling Roy's kid a bettime story? Gimme a break.

I really liked this last issue. Particularly as its really building to something now. But confusing as heck at the end! Seemed clear at first that the costumed Ollie was the real one and the one in PJ's was the Everyman on account of the scar on the neck (aside from the fact that Everyman was dead on Batman's morgue table last I checked). But then the behind the scene bad guys at the end throw me by stating their man is in place and they don't think Canary knows which is which.

Anyone got any theories?

If there's one thing this book needs more it's Everyman.

just as i was about to drop the title, this book definitely seems to be picking up some much needed steam. i hope this continues because i loves me some good GA. i love that sinkiewicz is working on it. i hope he sticks around.

I just read (albeit on wiki) that the person who injected Everyman's neck was the new Big Game. That's bull right? Apparently Everyman has recently returned as a Black Lantern too, which I'm assuming is also bull. Anyone know for sure?

God I hate Everyman. Glad I dropped this book.

Has this book improve ever since Kreisberg joined?

Well, things are turning interesting right now, but the book is really going down.
The last issue was better than the 4 or 5 last months. I had hopes for the books. The writer cleared the place, killed a lot of useless bad guys, there were rooms to do something good. I agree with Chris Moore, the whole family theme is boring.
I buy the book mainly for Black Canary and I feel such a fall of cleverness since the BoP days! :(
I really dislike the "two features" of the book. I would prefer one straight story. Not a big fan of bill sienkiewicz neither. the gritty tone suits Green Arrow and dinah but I think it is too dark.
All in all, not quite happy about the book.:/

Nope, but that is what makes the thing interesting. They fooled me. Glad about that.

Mike Grell's Green Arrow: The Longbow Hunters
Kevin Smith's Quiver and Sounds of Violence
Archer's Quest
and Green Arrow: Straight Shooter

longbow hunters
quiver
sounds of violence
archers quest
straight shooter
city walls

Archer's Quest is one of my favorite stories in comics.

Yeah, year one was actually pretty fantastic. I'm glad it appears to have been adopted as canon, judging by the latest issue of GA/BC

Motown, what comic shop do you go to again?

i used to go to back to the past comics in redford (on inkster just off 96), but since i moved i now go to time traveler's in berkley, 12 mile west of woodward.

I'm thinking of picking some of these up, what are some of green arrow's villains besides merlyn.

Onomatopoeia, Shado, Brick, In some of those stories though he just fought faceless corporations, monsters, a Magus wannabe, and Grundy on one occasion.
