Daredevil needs a movie. An animated Marvel film like Ultimate Avengers would be perfect, it could really show how he's suppose to be, show him training with Stick and get more into his origin, and do the Kingpuin the right way, and fix Bullseye, show them as how they truly are!

i beg to differ
i think iron fist should be the next animated marvel hero

I want to see a live action Daredevil 2.

Not going to happen though... :(

Why would you want DD man-handled by those people at lionsgate they can't do anything right. Its better to have nothing then lionsgate doing something with him.

What do you mean by doing The Kingpin "the right way?" He was the best part of Daredevil.

Yup. Aside from his weird gorilla face when he killed that security guard (directors cut) and grinning too often, he was perfect. You could tell he was a fan of the character. Same goes for Affleck actually if people can get past "Why is Ben Affleck playing a superhero?!".

Anyway, an animated Daredevil would be awesome if done in a dark and gritty fashion and not...well, Spider-man TAS. More Spawn TAS or even Batman TAS. I wouldn't like to see a clean animation style like Ultimate Avengers. That's for sure. Just wouldn't seem...fit. Wouldn't like how everything looks glossy.

Lion's Gate does good work, they could make it dark. And Kingpin done the right way is white, 'cause he is, and just better than the movie version. Need a better Bullseye too.

I seriously dont see what the big deal about making Kingpin black was...he walked like kingpin, talked like kingpin, acted like kingpin, so what if he was black? saying "he should have been white cause I said so!" (which is essentially the only argument you ever hear on the subject when you get right down to it) is just borderline racist, and also really stupid...MCD was the best actor for the job, and he did a damn fine job...

also, Bullseye was perfect in the live action one, you dont need to change him at all...he was sick, evil, and flamboyant, all the things Bullseye has always been...other than the Irish accent and lack of costume he was exactly like Bullseye from the comics.

We dont need an animated DD movie, we already have a great live action one with the Directors Cut DVD.

The movie was good to a point. It left quite a bit to be desired. An animated film or series would do nothing but good to the Daredevil legacy. Especially if it looks something like this:

Goood stuff....Fighting Namor underwater's kinda weird though...Not to mention suicidal.

Man I wish that show got off the ground.

Daredevil would be a good call. I'd like to see an X Men animated film too.

I couldn't agree more. Ultimate Avengers 1&2 were both terrible. How about Marvel dumps some real money into these properties and makes some theatrical animated movies. Why not make them more adult oriented? The first Ultimates was just dying to get made and instead they condensed it down into a kiddie crap fest.

But besides that there was absolutely no difference between the movie Kindpin and the comics Kingpin. Besides, Stan Lee origionally wanted to make The Kingpin black. He didn't because he was worried that people would say it was racist, but the Kingpin was origionally intended to be a black crime boss.

Dr. Strange is next followed by Young Avengers (your guess is good as mine, rumor is it my be Avengers Next), they haven't announced anything past those two, but I wouldn't mind a Daredevil flick or Iron Fist.

I agree, DD needs an animated movie. After Dr. Strange I heard the next DTV will be Teen Avengers (which isn't even connected to Young avengers, so WTF?!) DD deserves a DTV more then "Teen Avengers"! :cmad:

Anyway, a good question is what kind of DD story should they do if they do an animated DTV. I say the best route would be an origin story, that combines aspects from Man Without Fear and DD" Yellow.

As dealing with DD avenging his father and defeating the Fixer, it could also involve the Kingpin's rise to power. The Kingpin has secretly passed along information about NYC's current top crime boss, the Owl, to the IRS (owl has been dodging taxes for years). Owl in response hires Nelson and Murdock to defend him and tries to have Fisk killed. After Owl's assination attempt fails, Kingpin hires Elektra, Matt's old girlfriend from college turned deadly assassin to kill the Owl. Things get worse for Matt, when he refusing to help Owl to hide various aspect of his illegal operations from the DA and in response owl kidnaps Karen Page, so that matt will play ball.

here's an unusual choice for a marvel animated movie J2[JUGERNAUGHT II]:ninja:

Definately, a lot of those MC2 heroes need an animated movie. -looks at his Darkdevil poster- Teen Avenger is suppose to be somewhat drawn from A-Next so here's hoping.

A Daredevil aniamted movie would be awesome. Iron Fist sounds good to.

My best guess after Dr. Strange & Teen Avengers would be a Hulk, Captain America, Nick Fury. One of those 3.

I think Ant-Man could be cool too.

Rated-R animated Punisher, please.

Uh no. Because The Punisher is a dark, violent character who brutally murders, kidnaps, and/or tortures and dismembers. Anything less and it just isn't Frank anymore.

I'd say that calls for an R rating, wouldn't you?

...Have you ever read the Punisher? The recent stuff in particular. Guy'd be lucky to get NC-17.
Sorry but there's just too much of that R rating makes a movie better over at the Ghost Rider movie threads.
