Fact is China is building a lot of infrastructure all over the world, opening up trade, and allowing countries to break free of US hegemony. It brokered a peace treaty between Saudi Arabia and Iran. In the real world, there is a wait-list of 30 countries that want to join BRICS.

What's actually meant by "dystopian" is that the rest of the world is now less obedient to White-majority countries.

How. Russia's economy is ****, and it going to be feeling the effects of the war eventually. And North Korea actually has to be able to make something that China would want. The only benefit North Korea has is to cause issues when China decides they want to take Taiwan.

And don't go all tanky and praise China. I have a cousin doing some work there. Lets just say, as much as the US has issues, its nothing compared to China.
