I'm really excited about this movie...it's giving me hope for a live action film. Lets hope it does really well on DVD and it's reviewed positively. The trailer looks really cool.

February needs to get here already!!!

By the way, can anyone please post the image that is on the official website...if I could I would do it myself, but I don't know how????

Here's a better quality version of the official WONDER WOMAN animated movie trailer:

I can't wait for February 2009! :woot:

I noticed that the scene where Wondy decapitates that guy/monster in the bootleg trailer has been replaced in the official online trailer with Ares tossing Wondy around. I guess they decided that clip was too much PG-13 for the trailer.

Glad to see so many people responding positively to the trailer...

Let's hope it makes a killing on sales and we finally get a live-action movie.

Just read at worldsfinestonline.com that the film will be released in two separate versions:
+ a rated single disc release
+ and an Unrated/Director's Cut two-disc Special Edition

I also read that Zeus is being voiced by David McCallum

and Hades is voiced by Oliver Platt.

I am really loving the casting so far!!!!

By the way, still hoping someone can post the image on the main website...

I really love the image!!!
it looks like they took Angelina Jolie and flattened her into a cartoon (and no that's not a good thing!). and whats with the Chun Li thunder thighs and the giant viking feet? at least she looks better in the trailer.

The nose throws it off, animated definitely looks better than the stills.

Lobo:

It threw me off at first but it grows on you.

Its great that they're acknowledging her Greek roots.

I know and it's growing on me, but it doesn't stand out as much in the trailer.

I definitely see what everyone is talking about (in reference to her nose), somehow it just doesn't bother me.

I guess I'm just too damn excited that a Wonder Woman movie (albeit animated) is finally coming out...and it looks really well done (but as we all know, trailers have a way of making almost anything look good). However, this looks REALLY good...can't wait!!

I know. I was one of the complainers bout the nose but after watching the trailer I take it all back! This could very will be the be DTDVD release of next year. Then again what's it's competition? That Young Avengers movie (gag).

I wouldn't have it any other way. That's exactly how I expected an Amazon to look. Thick in all the right places. :o

It's got my vote. I'll see it. Now, Warner Brothers, the next step is to give us a Wonder Woman cartoon series on TV. Batman and Superman have had their turn. It's time for the Amazon's day in the sun.

i think you mean turns:

Superman the Animated Series
Legion of Superheroes
Smallville
Batman the Animated Series
Batman Beyond
The Batman
Batman: the Brave and the Bold

plus all of their animated/live-action movies.

i agree DC really needs to take Marvel's example and have more faith in the rest of their line-up. they could easily have a Green Lantern Corp. series starring Hal, maybe a Birds of Prey cartoon on Cartoon Network, i can even see a JSA animated movie. even someone like Aquaman has enough comic fans to warrant an animated series which has potential to bring in young viewers/potential comic readers as long as its taken seriously.

My bad, I didn't know this was English class. To play English teacher, it's Turn when the subjects are plural.
Besides it's not DCs fault. It's Warner Brothers. They have no real vision for animated programming.

Its mind-boggling that Teen Titans and Legion were able to get cartoon series before Wonder Woman.

I'm a fan of Legion and TT but they shouldn't have been a higher priority over her.
