Well I'm an old guy (compared to some of you fans) ok, fine... I just turned 45 on November 4th. So yeah, I can say that there is a possibility for you to enjoy Spidey for a long time. I have two older brothers who had comics in the 60s and I got them handed down to me when I was younger, and Spider-Man was always my favorite. I watched the 60s spidey cartoon, and that and all the spidey stuff thru the 70s... you can say I've pretty much never given up on the web head.

So there is nothing wrong with loving Spidey, for as long as you enjoy it.

Keep On Thwipin'!!!
Sam

oh wow you guys are all so young!! Now i feel old :csad:

When did I get into Spider-Man? well I remember I'd wake up really early on Saturday morning to watch Spider-Man TAS, I think I must have been....around 9 maybe? The movie came out when I was 12, if I wasn't cemented before I was from then on, that's when I started reading the comics, then got into USM sometime between SM2 & 3. (In fact, i'm sure it was someone on here or on the sony boards who suggested the run, i got addicted to it until Bagley left, then dropped the book after the whole Ultimatum thing.) So at least 12 years. :awesome:

I just realized I'm the only one in this idscussion who been a Spidey fan the longest, lol. Now I feel old, lol.

When did Spider-Man: TAS start to air? Because that's when I became a fan. Plus, my big brother had some comics that I picked up then and loved.
From 1994-1998. I was in love whith the show back when it aired in those years. I started reading Spidey comics at the time of the show.

Ok, then I've been a Spidey fan for quite a long time as well :)

94-98? So I was anywhere from 3 to 7 when I became a fan. Probably not 3, but even if I started watching when I was 7 that's 13 years.

That's the same for me. I became a fan at around the age of 6-7 I think. I'm 20 now.

I met Spider-Man long before most of you were even born!! :word:

I became a fan when SM1 released, I was 10 years old back then. After that I began reading comics, so I'm a fan for about 8-9 years now.

you guys are not old...some of us are, but all of you sharing about being a fan since the 90's animated series, seriously, enjoy your youth, being in your 20's now is not "old" at all ;)

to who ever asked no they are not moving the marvel stuff to the Disney parks. Universal Studios gets to keep thier Marvel related stuff.

The amazing Adventures of Spider-Man is getting an update for next year though.

also I'm 21 and have been a fan of Spidey since I was like 3 in 1994 when that 90s series debuted. (interesting fact I've like BatMAn since I was a 1 year old but I started liking Spidey more since around like 1999)

and you guys may have met Spider-Man...but I AM SPIDER-MAN!!!!

Also I've been lurking on the SHH boards since the announcement of the first Raimi film but didn't join until around the announcement of SM3
