Here's my shot at an Avengers poster/wallpaper. Forgive me for not adding Hawkeye, I did this one about a month and a half ago, but didn't ever remember to upload it. Also forgive me for the cheap quality of lightning from Thor's hammer. I couldn't get it work. Any of you guys have advice to make good lightning effects on photoshop?

nice work - some criticisms/advice if i may

lose the lightening effect ( i dunno how to do it so cant offer you advice on how to improve it)

change the background, something darker would look better due to hulks lighting, maybe something with blues too

adjust the black grey and white levels on black widow to match the others (ctrl + L is the shortcut i think)

maybe then just play with overall colours to get everything feeling more like the same picture

oh and thank you so much for crediting me for the logo also

Here's my latest with the whole team and new logo. Given the second outbreak of rumours, I'm considering sticking Eva Longoria in there as Wasp and Adrien Brody as Ant Man. Maybe I won't use a cosplay costume for Wasp this time!

Really awesome work! Can you add in Nick Fury and Agent Coulson FTW? :awesome:

What's the thing that looks like a tick silhouette on the right?

It's my poor attempt at subtly hinting at the Skrull. They're apparently in their shaped-shifted human form manipulating things in the background of the film. It was supposed to look like a Skrull ship coming out of cloak but you're right - it looks like a radioactive tick! Maybe a Skrull face in some clouds would work better!

I'll have a go! It's getting pretty crowded! Here's my version with Ant Man and Eva Longoria just to keep up with the resurgence of that rumour again!

Thanks. You're probably right about Longoria - the latest on it did come from Fox News after all!

Edgar Wright said he would be doing an origins film of ant-man so probably he'll be in the second avengers movie.

black widow's feet are on the same line of fury's, you should shrink her or make him bigger.. i think you better shrink her otherwise you'll have to adjust warmachine too...

Could be a cunning word trick. He just said that Ant-Man won't be in the movie. He and no one else has said Giant Man or Hank Pym won't be in it. And seeing as the Ant-Man movie premise is for Scott Lang assuming the mantle, it could well be Ant-Man is an old identity of Pym's, pre-Avengers, and he has since assumed the role of Giant Man. Lang comes along and steals the Ant-Man ID in the same way he originally did and how O'Grady has.

This idea doesn't preclude Pym from being in Avengers as Giant Man, having previously been Ant-Man and therefore allows for the Ant-Man movie to take place chronologically after Avengers

And Giant Man was Hanks persona when the Avengers found Cap - so it depends on if that happens in the Avengers, or if Cap is found and thawed in his own movie by someone else

Egarza that Marvel Universe manip is pretty damn good. It also proves that Wolvie's & Cap's costumes could work in real life, IMO.

If Edgar is making Ant-man and Ant-man is an origin story within the MCU, why would he be called Giant-man first? Giant Man sounds lame, even compared to Ant-man so I doubt it Pym would change the name from Ant-man to Giant Man.

Not what I meant. I'm suggesting that Ant-Man can be a film that occurs after the events of the Avengers, but is an origin story for the character of Scott Lang. The chronology runs as such: Hank Pym discovers Pym particles and becomes Ant-Man. He soon finds he can increase his size and mass as well as reduce it, and takes on the Giant-Man person to be a more powerful hero and retires the Ant-Man identity. At this point he is approached by Fury to join the Avengers. The Avengers film happens. Soon after, Scott Lang comes across and subsequently steals the Ant-Man equipment and identity. Hank discovers this early on in the Ant-Man film, and over the course of the film approves and gives the Ant-Man identity to Lang permanently.

It sounds a bit complicated. I just don't think Ant-Man or Hank Pym will be in the Avengers. I honestly couldn't care either way.

Well, the fact is that the Ant-Man film is going to be about Scott Lang taking up Hank's legacy, so Hank's not going to be the main character. If there's any place for Hank to play the hero, it's The Avengers.
