I used to be a straight-up cereal junkie. I'd eat like 6 bowls a day. Lucky Charms, Honey Nut Cheerios and Cinnamon Toast Crunch were my mainstays, but I mixed it up with some Rice Krispies, Captain Crunch or Life as well. If it was in a box, I put it in my gut.

Now, I'm in recovery. I'm on 3 bowls of Frosted Flakes (aka methadone) a week.

I normally have boiled rice with golden syrup. Pretty much 99% of regular cereal has wheat of some form in it, and I don't want to poison my wife.
