Lucky! I spoke to two friends, one in Chicago and one in Michigan and both had overzealous security that were enforcing one of each per person.

I was near Seattle, there were 2 hired WB reps and that was it. I had my camera bag with and before the screening kicked of I asked them if I could keep my bag with me. They asked if I had a camera inside and I told them ya I had a DSLR and they let me take it in. I did not record the event, but had I been so inclined i could have easily.

I run a department full of nerds, so everyone had one on telling customers to go see the movie. Oh the joy I'll have if the give us batman capes next year!

Also, the projectionist screwed up and the image wasn't showing all the way through Zack's 2nd message. SO I had the extra scene spoiled by Zack himself. People were ticked.

Unfortunately that will be the case. There might be a few fringe instances where 2D is allowed, but it won't be easy to find.

I know for MOS I managed to get into a (fake) IMAX screening with no 3D at all. But that was only for 2 showings in the afternoon, the rest of the screenings were 3D even though it was the same exact screen. Weird.

If you're dead set on the real IMAX screen, I've not heard of a single exception for 3D. It's take it or leave it.

He asked us not to record the footage, then said we'd be seeing an exclusive scene that will not be available anywhere outside of the event. It was pretty brief. Then he showed the trailer and talked a little about said extra scene. He mentioned that it, along with another scene, was specifically shot for IMAX. Then he showed the trailer again. That's the gist of it.

I know some people were negative towards krypton rumors in BvS but krypton is the only thing that can legitimately stop Clark and everybody knows about; also probably the second most iconic thing from Superman lore after the man himself so I'd really love to see it showing up in this newly created DCU.

The CGI looked awesome. When they ran it the second time I focused on Supes in the air. He doesn't look blurry or anything and looks clear. The shots in this thing are a thing of beauty.

Can't wait to see how it's showed on a worthy screen.

It has got be the Kryptonian atmosphere used somehow. Either Lex gave it to Bats or Bruce managed to get it himself. I wonder if the rain was seeded with the stuff?

If you watch Man of Steel...especially the Smallville fight...you'll notice Suoerman isn't as impervious as previous Supermen.
A lazer blast drops him to his knees.
A round from the helicopter, while not killing him, causes his head to throw back.
The other Kryptonians were knocked around by heavy ordinance.

It appears that while he is immune to bullets and bombs. ..heavy ordinance can affect him.

One of the details I loved about the movie.

Hmm... If Bats could seed the rain with Kryptonite, assuming it exits in this version, then it might make sense that Superman would move the fight indoors away from the elements outside. However if he were still wet with the K infused water he'd still be weakened and therefore wouldn't have his full strength and speed levels available. Just a thought.

Not about requiring thought, it's just the type of feat which needs to be tread carefully.

Manipulating the weather (they are outside after all) is pretty far out there for Batman. And while he has a reputation for being able to pull off the highly improbable, I don't believe this particular act falls along those lines.

We'll see though. Maybe there's a genius way of doing it that I'm unaware of.
