I did and I didn't. I gave the film 7/10 in my review on this forum 3 months ago. But I kept 9/10 as a fanboy rating for some time, just as a response to hate. And because I really loved the film. Besides, UE is coming, and while it's obvious now it's improved by the longer cut, no way it's a 9,5-10/10 movie. So I returned to a more objective score.

A picture would be nice, but honestly, to get people stoked, a live action intro, like them all standing, capes flapping in the wind, sun shining on them and they start walking forwards. That be nice.

We all knew Jesse would be back at some point.

As someone who despised his performance, I still think he is more than capable of giving us a good luthor. He's a great actor and most of us can agree on that.

Just please, lay off on the jolly ranchers and piss jars.

piss jar was actually a great part of the film.. Jolly Rancher scene not so much. But yea I agree. I want to see a much more authoritarian but billionaire politician type of Lex Luthor.. JL would be the best opportunity to divulge further into that.. I am guessing in August Eisenberg will be a bald dude and will be on the set wearing a formal black suit and tie
I hope he gains weight sometime in the DCEU though, possibly muscle to make him look more intimidating.

After reading the set visit reports, I'm definitely more optimistic. But WB will have to work extra hard to get the people turned off from BvS to see this film.

They have to save some stuff for comiccon. Ben said the cast will be there, and I think that's when we'll be seeing the Bruce/Barry scene. I'd be willing to bet that we're going to be seeing pictures too.

I have to say, I'm VERY pleased with the info we got.

The Flash and Batman scene is exactly what I was hoping would happen when they meet! Flash dragging the DCEU into the light makes me one happy fanboy

Most of the stuff revealed sounds great, I hope they can knock this out of the park. I liked BvS a lot personally, but I know plenty didn't so hopefully they make it a bit more appealing for fans.

However, is anyone else underwhelmed by Steppenwolf as the villain?
