This was probably touched on already but did everyone else's theater have someone walking around with nightvision, looking for people recording?

Also, the projectionist screwed up and the image wasn't showing all the way through Zack's 2nd message. SO I had the extra scene spoiled by Zack himself. People were ticked.

The reps told us there would be but I did not see any, and I was right at the top.

Yeah, I don't think people should be selling something they were given for free.

I agree. I am just shipping out my extra two to my buddies as a sign of kindness since they couldn't make it. No charge. Just glad they are friends who are passionate like I am. If I got mine free, a good friend who didn't have the privilege of going should too.

Unfortunately that will be the case. There might be a few fringe instances where 2D is allowed, but it won't be easy to find.

I know for MOS I managed to get into a (fake) IMAX screening with no 3D at all. But that was only for 2 showings in the afternoon, the rest of the screenings were 3D even though it was the same exact screen. Weird.

If you're dead set on the real IMAX screen, I've not heard of a single exception for 3D. It's take it or leave it.

Hopefully, us backwards people here in the Midwest haven't advanced that far by March 2016 and it is still available in regular IMAX.
