Well, I was driving by the center today and they have all the Xmas decorations and lights out and it looked lovely. Also it's apparently snowing over here in 2 days time so I hope it's true.
Christmas needs a lot of snow.
When do you put your decorations up?

I'm done with most of my Christmas shopping, except for a couple of people.

I really want to figure out New Year's Eve plans within the next 2 weeks before tickets to all of the fun events sell out!!

What did you get for your parents?
I'm kinda stuck with that one.

i haven't bought anyone anything yet. i dont really want to hahah

I'm kinda stuck with that one.

I got my dad (well, still have to order the movie) Iron Man 2 and went to Williams-Sonoma and got one of their peppermint-chocolate hot chocolate and marshmallow sets (if you have never had their hot chocolate - get it. It's not powder, it's real chocolate shavings. Sinfully amazing.) and a set of Indian spices (he loves Indian food) with a spice book of recipe suggestions. He likes to cook meat on the grill.

I got my mom a salt scrub and body butter set and a gift card for Nordstrom.

If your parents like things for the kitchen and yummy things, I highly recommend Williams-Sonoma as a great place to get gifts when you have no clue what to get people lol.

I like this time of year, because starting this weekend, the networks (broadcast and cable) start Christmas programming.

After Thanksgiving when they should go up, I've been really close to tampering with people's decorations that are up before Thanksgiving. It's just way too early, especially hate that Santa is trying to take over Halloween. Two months for the holiday, really?!?!?! It's great, but it only needs one month.

Yeah, there is no way that Halloween and Christmas should interfere. Personally I think it's cool to put them up on December 1st.

I can't wait for this f****** year to be over with. New Years Eve can't come quick enough for me.

I'm going with my folks Sunday and get da tree

So guys, anyone here has some traditions, like their own traditions for Xmas?
I always make sure there is hot coco and marshmallows on the table, a big bowl of them.
Also I plug up my PSone and play Crash Bandicoot since it was my first game ever and I got it like 10 years ago for Xmas.
