When it comes to Pitt, he'd be fine by me. Not the best, but better then most.

Here's a norwegian guy, good actor (Trond Espen Seim). But he's a bit too old and don't have the build for it. But I like the scandinavian look.

How tall is Nikolaj?

Well you can see his acting in the limbo show New Amsterdam. Pretty good acting for a foreigner. Although I see him in the Steve Rogers body-face type, I can't really fit him as Cap because he's not a big star & not American. Thor will be great for him, if he's taller than 6'2"

Well the Unknown actor would have helped with cost and allowed for alittle more movie or FX.
From what I've seen of the First Draft, there's not too much that can be cut. I have a bad feeling that some of the characters that would need Stars like Brenden Gleason might get cut, to allow for this.

I've seen Nikolaj act in a few things that, while some of them were not so great, he actually managed to show quite a bit of range. He was in Nightwatch, Wimbledon, Firewall, and the totally "meh" show, New Amsterdam, in which he was pretty good as the lead. I've also seen him in some other foreign language film, with the villain from Casino Royale, but I have no clue what it was. He'd need to bulk up, but I like him for the part much better than Brad Pitt. Also, since he's Danish, I also really like his accent for Thor, because since he's done some American shows/movies, it's not too thick, so he's easy to understand, but it's still got that Danish flavor.

Pitt as Thor is fine. But I can't see Matt playing Cap. It's just way off.

I think he could pull it off, but his age would quickly become a factor if they're expecting to use him after 2011 to reprise the role.
Plus it doesn't feel as perfect a fit as RDJ was for IM.

They'd have to do something about his height, but because of the absurdity of the character to the general public, maybe they feel the need of a big name to draw people in.
