I finally got my hands on a copy of the one shot. The verdict?

Fantastic. Nice little heart felt story, solid art, loved it all.

Ah ha, then why's Wolverine stabbing Hulk on the cover? lol

Two scenarios:

1 - He sobered up.

2 - 'Ro paged/text-messaged him and told him: "Damnit, not everyone who has wronged a Claremazon is pure evil and deserves to die a horrible. You-know-who is just being melodramatic. Now bring Pete back in one piece. Sheesh."

That guy draws a mean Colossus. A bit too Strong-Guy but it's better than Cassaday's puny version

Haha, Claremont. Just hang the boots up already.

What the heck kind of dialogue is "This is NOT good! All I've done is made him ANGRY!" Why not just start it out with "Onoes!"

I hope this is worth the wait. I've been looking forward to it since I first found out about it. Colossus should be able to put up a good fight and he also should not look quite so small in comparison. He is 7'5" after all!

Any Comments?:bh:
(We need a Colossus smiley)

Didn't like it

- Pete was especially ineffective against Hulk

-CC forgot that Petey doesn't need to breathe while armored up, so that quicksand shouldn't have been a problem.

didnt we already get X-men vs Hulk last year via X-men: World War Hulk?

Well at least Peter did stand up to the Hulk respectfully after all it was a long time ago when he was still a teen-ager. The artist made the Hulk too big in comparison to Colossus; at the time that story took place the Hulk was reputed to be 7' while Colossus is 7' 5"! All in all this story could have been a back up somewhere not a lead in a one-shot. I expected more especially from Claremont the guy who helped make the X-men a household name.

I picked up two new Colossus figures at Toys R Us yesterday.....
pretty cool.

Niiiiice. Definitely need to pick that up. His previous ML figure is awesome but I hated the skinny thigh joints. This version looks way more cartoony too, I kinda like that.

omg! no!

oh and i havent seen new marvel legends in like over a year! the new colossus looks like he has the same head as the old one...

Lmfao. Gambit looks like Chris Claremont got his wires crossed and thought he was using Pete Wisdom. :o
