How do you become a MOD anyways?

There are many factors, but much of it is driven by what you do as a poster on these boards. If you display exemplary behavior over a consistent period of time (i.e. remaining cool under fire, demonstrating peacemaking attributes, and showing general leadership capabilities, etc.,) you could be recommended for the position--if there is an opening.

From there, the recommendation ascends to the Hype Heavens, and then we await Judgement.
