The Official FF2 Teaser Thread

I am soooo ticked off. I finally got fed up with waiting and went to see Night at the Museum only to see the FF trailer. NO TRAILER FOR FANTASTIC FOUR. I got there early and saw every trailer but they didn't show it. This was in Dallas, Texas at the Valley View 16 so it should have been there. Who the crap do I complain to? The FF website very plainly says to go see NATM to see the trailer. I have to say that I hate 20th Century Fox. A few years ago I got second place in the Daredevil "design a wallpaper contest" and the prize was a t shirt and a cap. They didn't even ask my size and sent me a child's medium and the hat didn't fit either. They don't have a "contact us" on their website and the movie theater manager didn't know anything about it and said they didn't advertise the trailer with the movie so it's not their responsiblity.

Thats ****ed! No FF2 trailer for me either when I saw NATM but I think that was because I saw it a week in advance of its release.

and thats exactly why im not going to see it, this is fox's underhanded attempt to get more asses in the seats for their stupid movie.

There isn't that big of a percentage of people that are going just to see the FF trailer. Maybe about .5% of the people going to see the movie.... The amount of money Fox is making off that fraction isn't that important...

I haven't gotten to see the trailer yet because the theatre that I work for didn't get it. Oh well... I'm sure it'll arrive on the internet within the next couple days.

Oh, and Night at the Museum was MUCH better than Fantastic Four, yes, it really was. Probably the second best family film I've seen this year, behind Cars. I am pumped for FF2 though. That one picture of Silver Surfer proved to me that it will be at least a slight improvement over the last one.

You're such a tough-guy! You better stop, you're making all the ladies here quiver with excitement!
You head must hurt from typing to many words, my friend. Go and lay down.

I saw the trailer at the movies. Surfer looked alright, kinda dumb. He was too skiny

This thread is really devolved into a waste of space... can we forego the childish bickering for once????

Well he's working on getting his G.E.D.
Once he gets a decent job, maybe he can afford to bulk up.

And that's skinny, with two n's.

Look who you're talking to. What do you think? :csad:

Some individuals persist in practically inviting derision and ridicule, and society will always have plenty of smart-alecks who can't resist easy targets.

Wait a minute. That last one describes me on a bad day.
Nevermind.

Well, Malus I guess we can do our part and just post cogent items. To wit: At least we can be assured that Fox made a good choice in putting the trailer with NATM.... it topped the weekend box office with just over 30 million....

'Night' comes alive with $30.8 million

December 25, 2006
BY DAVID GERMAIN
LOS ANGELES -- Ben Stiller's ''Night at the Museum'' was the main exhibit
at theaters, debuting with $30.8 million to lead a rush of new movies over the holiday weekend, according to studio estimates Sunday. Starring Stiller as a guard at a museum where exhibits come alive at night, the comedy exceeded expectations for 20th Century Fox, which had been counting on a bit more than $20 million, said head of distribution Bruce Snyder.

I wonder if just a small bump was due to people going to see the trailers...:woot:

I saw it the 22nd and I didn't get the trailer. It sucked...

Odds are the trailer will be online tomorrow since the Holiday is over. :)

BTW has anyone tried hitting the F4 button on their computer yet? Last time that was a secret little key to some great stuff on the first films site. ;)

I've tried after you or someone mentioned it a couple days ago. Nothing from what I can tell so far.

F4 button?

By hitting the F4 key, you would enter a hidden part of the FF movie website, like the photo files and the little game where you got to pick a character to fight other players online. I had fun with that one.

I don't think anyone will get access to that site since the new one is up now.

C´mon Fox, it´s tuesday already, release the dang thing online!
