I am really looking forward to Wally's new title, I hope it gets a good writer. Someone like Grant Morrison would be great, but he's to wrapped up with Batman Inc. it seems

Btw I liked OMD because it disolved Spidey's marriage to in my opinion, the most annoying comic book character ever. Mary Jane Watson.

They really need to get Bart into the comic. Right now he's been wasted on the teen titans(spending half the issue on Conner relationship problems with a wannabe leader and the other half about beast boys inability to get laid by his ex).

He'll be in Wally's comic. Much like Green Lantern Corps, Wally's series is looking like it'll be the refuge for any other speedsters who weren't lucky enough to be favored by Johns and DiDio.

That's certainly fine by me. Especially because I stopped buying GL and started reading GLC... Best decision I made in a good long while. I don't hate the current Flash ongoing, but I'm not in love with it by any means either. I guess I'm just reading it to get my speedster fix.

Barry's book isn't horrible. It's just not anything to write home about. I dig the concept of the future Rogues, and I'm curious as to how Barry is gonna get around killing Iris.

Yeah, after almost every issue there's a serious "meh" vibe. Except for when Boomer got his new power, I liked that.

Compared with everything else about Barry Allen's comic, I can see where it'd be a highlight.

Barry Allen's return has made me like Wally more than I used to because I can see how much preferable he is to Barry Allen

Aw ****....Should I have put that tidbit in spoiler tags? I just assumed no one here really gave two turds about Barry, so it would be alright...And those who DO care about Allen, would already know....

Turns out I was wrong though, Barry kills Mirror Monarch, not Iris. Basically sometime in the future Iris will become one of Barry's greatest Rogues, The Mirror Mistress, thanks to the Mirror Master unleashing the mirror lords from the mirror world. The only way for Barry to turn Iris back to normal is by killing the person who is responsible for her change, Mirror Master. He mistakes the Mirror Monarch for Mirror Master, and kills him. So of course because he spent all his time chasing the wrong Mirror dude, Iris is transformed into the Mirror Mistress forever, and Barry killed an innocent man with a similar name to an evil man.

Wow, way to suck, Barry. I never liked that he was so willing to kill people in the first place.

With some heroes it's something I've come to expect. Sometimes you just have to make the touch decisions. But with Barry...He's so right is right and wrong is wrong these days that it just comes off as hypocritical.

I don't know, I guess I'm tainted by so many years of Wally. I just don't think of the Flash as a hero who kills people. I know Barry killed Professor Zoom, but I thought that was more of a fluke, like Superman swearing never to kill again only after he'd killed the Phantom Zone criminals.
