A quick explanation of Vs. TCG teams, to answer the earlier confusion about Bart Allen being on the Speed Force team:
Teams aren't necessarily actual comic teams. Yes, there's the X-Men, the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, the JLA, the Justice League: International, etc., however Vs. uses teams simply to group characters together. To facilitate this, oftentimes teams are invented for certain characters.
For example, Doctor Doom is not a member of any team in any comic. In the Vs. TCG, Doctor Doom is a character on the Doom team, a team consisting of Doom and characters that focus around having Doom in play (such as Boris, Doom-Bots, etc.). Superman is on three teams in the Vs. TCG, the JLA, the Gotham Knights, and Team Superman. The first two teams are self-evident, but Team Superman consists of different versions of Superman and characters from Superman's supporting cast (for instance, there are cards for every post-Crisis Supergirl (Linda Lee Danvers, Cir-El, and Kara Zor-El), and there are cards for almost every era of Superman (both Superman Red and Blue, Superman when he just returned in the Return of Superman, and standard post-Crisis Superman) on Team Superman).
The Speed Force team is not necessarily indicative that the Speed Force itself is back in the comics. The Speed Force team in the Vs. TCG is undoubtedly the team that will be comprised of the various Flashes (Wally, Barry, Jay, and now Bart) as well as their supporting cast (likely members will include Johnny and Jesse Quick, Max Mercury, and XS). So, the Speed Force will simply be a handy way of putting the DC super speedsters on one team.
