To me it's between Neil Patrick Harris and Matthew Morrison.

The one advantage Matthew has over Neil (and no, it's not sexuality. It's called 'acting') is that Mathew is younger. 31 vs 37, though Neil looks good for his age.

I've been reading the Flash series by Geoff Johns and it's awesome. I just wished The Flash: Rebirth wasn't so contrived in its storytelling. I think some people are actually overlooking the new series thanks to Flash: Rebirth.

And I have a statement about alot of these casting choices. Barry is blonde. Alot of choices Ive heard for Barry like: JGL, Ackles, Adam Brody, Zachary Levy, James Roday etc. would look really weird blonde.
Im not saying you need a blonde actor, but at least pick an actor that wouldnt look very weird as a blonde

More of a joking way but not too literal.

But I meant he like the nice guy out of the Apatow gang, who means well. He's funny but in a grounded way, never in a sarcastic or mean spirited way.

I think people (non-fans) have a hard time figuring out Barry but Wally is a much easier description. Even Geoff Johns' description of Barry is broad so that's why I just said, "Hey, he's the Paul Rudd of DC. You just like the dude".

I think Robert Buckley could pull off either Barry or Wally. He's a big comic book fan, so he definitely wouldn't phone in a performance.

just needs to be convincing matthew goode who has really dark hair looked fien with his blond wig in watchmen imo at least

Ahh...idk about Rudd. Role Models, Anchorman, 40 Year Old Virgin Rudd is a pretty mean, sarcastic dude but thats neither here or there in terms of Flash.

And I agree about what you say about descriptions of Barry. From most of the choices I cant tell that their casting Barry
