Sorry for the delay. Here it is:
THE FLASH/BARRY ALLEN
PAUL WALKER
Aside from looking almost
exactly like Barry Allen and being able to do funny and serious, a balance that would definitely be needed to play Barry Allen, he's actually interested in the part. Back when the JLA film was being cast, a couple of posters had said they wanted him for Aquaman and apparently he got wind of it. When I spoke to him via his myspace page about how he felt about all the Aquaman suggestions, he said that's cool but he'd like to play The Flash. Double points for him I say.
RYAN GOSLING
While he may not have the statuesque look of a traditional comic book hero, he's got the acting chops to play one, IMO. He's got the blond hair and blue eyes, like Barry, and he can also mix humor and serious (Fracture).
SCOTT PORTER
Aside from being considered for the part several times now, he looks enough like Barry with his strawberry blond hair and blue eyes, is a decent actor, has a great sense of humor, and is a DC comics fan to boot, he's even done interviews with DC Comics head honcho Dan Didio himself. Not to mention he could practically voice The Flash in a cartoon, he sounds how he would sound in animation, IMO, not a real deep voice, can talk fast yet still be understood.
