I'm not trying to rib on the character or you, but yeah, only a handful of people would like to see a Jay Garrick movie. let's be honest here.

Though I know it'll never happen, but he might at least get a reference in a Barry film, if he didn't that would be as bad as making a Wally film that didn't acknowledge Barry.I don't doubt that the movie will be about Barry. The thing that boils my noodle is that some people seem to have this attitude of "As soon as they make a movie with Barry, it's going to be Barry's forever!" or "they'll do a trilogy or so with Barry and then maybe a movie with Wally sometime in the next 20 years." I've heard their arguments for why, but I'd like to think that Warner Bros. would be more respectful of all Flash fans when they plan out these movies, and not cater exclusively to one faction of them. A movie about Barry with Wally as a prominent supporting character would IMO be a good way to set up a franchise that will eventually transition from one character to another, especially if the audience likes Wally before he becomes the Flash.

I guess those who understand Barry's power will always have a bit of a chuckle at the Wally fans.
Wally never totally understood the speed force, Barry did. What was a mystery to Wally was common place for Barry. Hell, Wally could never pass through a solid without it blowing up, while Barry was like a red ninja.
The funny thing is, that at the end of the day, they could give the movie to somebody new entirely, and we'd still go watch it.
