Victims was one of my favorite minis, too. I didn't know it at the time I first read it but my favorite artistic team of Loeb/Sale did that book. It's a must have for any Wolverine or Gambit fan.Balian said:I actually prefer that he's gone out of it for the moment, however long it will be because I feel unless he can be done well and like the good old days, I'd prefer him to not be in the comics at all really. He needs to be brought back in with a writer who wants to write him, and can write him well.
As for my favorite Gambit stuff, the Wolverine & Gambit Victims was pretty damn good, as well as the first volume of his mini series, some Uncanny stuff was cool too; around 350.

Is this true? If so, can someone give me a description of what stuff he has done with his powers? His power's true potential, though permanently excised now, is to control all manner of kinetic energy, allowing him to fire energy blasts, defy gravity, and effectively exist as energy, thus, making him an Omega at this power level.
I agree, if he had all those powers, for me he'd lose a little of his appeal.Neptune said:That is just too much. His powers are fine the way they are.

He can recover with a good writer, one who writes him as the charmer we know he can be, not as the love sick puppy of recent years.Jourmugand said:Gambit was a great character, its true that new writers have rammed him into the ground.I dont see how he can recover now.
Oh I see. I was browsing on wiki (the lie site, lol) and ran across that. He is a pretty interesting and amusing character...I just started to actually see that 4 some reasonBalian said:I agree, if he had all those powers, for me he'd lose a little of his appeal.
I could of told you that ages ago
From what I know, Gambit and Sunfire went off with Sinister, and that's the latest.Neptune said:So what exactly happened to him in adjectiveless X-men after he became a horsemen. Last thing i read was that he was fighting the X-men in Apocalypse's sfinx.
