First of all, Uncle Ben wasn't a good ol' southern boy, I have seen many many Tommy Lee Jones movies over the past few decades and never once has he been able to let that accent go.

second, Daniel Day Lewis is a magnificant actor, but how the hell do you connect him to Green Goblin, a role he would NEVER accept, never in a million years.

And why is Scarlett Johansson Gwen Stacy? Because she blonde and "ZOMG teh hottttest girl ever!"???
Please. If you wan't hand that role out to any random chick with blonde hair, I can think of at least 15-20 better choices.

Peter is asked by Dr.Connors to help him create a serum that will regrow his arm. Him and other students. Peter has moved into a different apartment now that he officially is working with the Daily Bugle (no more ursula and her father). Peter and Gwen's have become good friends because she knew he was going through something having his uncles killer on the loose and all. MaryJane could either leave town to get away from everything and perfect her acting career or actually meet Gwen and get a modeling gig. Peter meets Martha and Billy Connors somewhere during the begining of the movie. He also bumps into Flash and girlfriend Felicia Hardy when he goes out to dinner with Gwen. Him and Flash catch up and become good friends(he will take Harry's place). Felicia leaves dinner early to see her father before visiting hours are over. After the serum is a failure Dr.Connors works on the serum alone one night and tests it on himself out of desperation. He becomes the Lizard and runs a muck. Peter learns that there is a monster in the city and that dr.connors lab was trashed. he thinks the monster has grabbed dr. connors but when he sees the lab coat on the lizard he remembers connors saying something about reptile dna and knows it is him. he can't hurt him but when he tries to web him down and capture him the lizard is too much for him to handle. the lizard escapes into the night. it is all in the news papers. kraven the hunter comes to new york to stop the lizard because spiderman can't. when felicia visits peter at the daily bugle to talk about flash's b-day she over hears betty flirting with flash over the phone she hears betty plainly say flash thompson. she informs betty that her and flash are also in a relationship and they both dump him. the lizard is out in the city on a rooftop and kraven arrives on the scene to stop him. after a while spiderman arrives and its every man for himself. then kraven throws a dagger ment for lizard but lizard leaps out of the way and it hits captain stacy who is on the ground with his police force. the lizard and kraven gets away before spiderman can stop either one of them. the death of gwen's father brings peter and her closer. during the final battle gwen will find lizard in an alley and try to approach him because she know that dr.connors is somewhere inside this monster. he move in close to her and she looks into his eyes then kraven shoots and arrow with his crossbow at lizard. lizard goes crazy and leaps up a fire escape to get to the roof of a building kraven follows behind and so does gwen after seeing that kraven was the man that took her fathers life. kraven goes onto the roof and smells the air to find lizards scent. then gwen is behind him. she has a gun in her hand. kraven does not fear this weak girl with a gun in hand. Then Lizard leaps down onto the rooftop and smacks gwen out of his way then jumps at kraven. gwen is knocked onto the ground unconcious. spiderman appears and starts to fight keep kraven off of lizard. the battle goes on and kraven is knocked into a sharp pipe that impales him and leaves him hanging. lizard is still living and kicking spidermans ass. then just is standing over spiderman with his claw raised about to strike when gwen runs towards lizard with a crobar that was on the roof. he knocks her off the roof with his tail. spiderman goes to the edge of the roof and shoots a web line that catches gwen but lizard grabs spidermans foot at the same time and tosses him into the wall of an abandonded building. gwen follows but she goes through the window of the abandonded building. lizard leaps down into the alley where spiderman has fallen and spiderman knowing gwen was hurt takes his anger out on lizard and finally gains the strength to kick his ass. he is about to kill him but then he remembers with great power comes great responsibilty and he raps him up with webbing and metal pipes. spiderman goes into the building and finds gwen on the floor surrounded by glass. a piece of glass has impaled gwen and she is dying. peter takes off his mask revealing he is spiderman and tells her he will always love her and she dies in his arms. he is sad and beats himself up because he helped to create the monster(lizard) that killed gwen stacy.

As far as im concerned if you want two villains in 4, make it Kraven and the Lizard

but see Kraven would be hunting the Lizard, for the simple fact that its what kraven does, hunt.
then spidey would do what he does best and try to bring them both to justice, but also be a little more protective of the lizard because of the fact that its his teacher and what not.


and the lizard for obvious reasons, theyve been prepping him throught the first three.

Like say they were going to use Kraven and The Lizard for '4', just because they are cool characters, doesn't mean you just go: "Dr. Connors turns into The Lizard after injecting himself with formula, then Kraven the Hunter comes from Australia to NYC to hunt down The Lizard!" I swear, if they used that pathetic excuse for a storyline for the fourth installment, I'd ask for a reboot right away, as well as my refund.

Why would Kraven come all the way from Australia to hunt down Spider-Man? It doesn't make any logical sense really. sorry, im not fond of the ultimate series. but um, an overused concept by who? the writers of the original spider-man comics?
