Damnit! Come on Memphis!

This is the first and only time I'm cheering for Tennessee. My hatred of Ohio State runs deep.

Agreed.

When I was at work today, one of my buddies asked me about it. I said of course I'd like to see Memphis win, but it won't be easy. And if A & M wins, it won't be easy.

Interesting... Tubby Smith vs. Tom Izzo.

Both great coaches, and in the same conference!

COME ON TEXAS A&M!!

Damnit, my first elite eight team that is done. :csad:

Good game but the refs made a terrible call at the end with the clock issue.

Agreed. You walk away with a bitter taste in your mouth after a solid game.

For the Aggies, that 1.1 seconds could have made the difference for that final shot.

For my Tigers, it's another "Yeah, but" for the critics of Memphis.

I only had them going to the next round, no further.

Mehhh... I had A&M getting to the Final Four. Oops. My bracket is basically done.

But more importantly: The Jayhawks are going to the Elite 8!

Ummm... yeah

Standings coming up in a minute.

How does Tubby go to Minnesota? I don't blame him for leaving. **** that ridiculous Kentucky fan base; 10 Tournaments in 10 years, 5 SEC Tournament and Regular Season titles, 4 trips to the Elite 8 and a national title. Get over yourselves.

My thing is this; if he goes to Minnesota, wouldn't he have at least listened to Michigan? Did Bill Martin even put in a call? If I had that brainstorm shortly after Kentucky got bounced by Kansas, shouldn't the damn AD at Michigan have it cross his mind at some point? What the hell did Minnesota do to entice him? Take him into the gym, point to Willie Burton's jersey and say "See Coach, you can bring in the next All-American whose also a manic depressive."?
Michigan's a good job. This was a great opportunity here.

I can't believe Texas A&M lost. My boy Acie was supposed to dominate at the end. :(
I can entirely believe Tennessee gave up that lead. Bastards. What I don't understand is why the guy didn't pull up for a jumper when you know Oden's gangley ass is just waiting for that layup. Nice effort, but seriously, who didn't know how that was going to end. WTF?

It's been a long time since I've seen a tournament with so much damn chalk advancing this far. Better hold true for Carolina tomorrow. :cmad:
