Judging by that picture, I'm going to say download. Not sure if it's been clarified though.

so, when do you think Update 3.0 will release?

I wish the PSN store would get a wishlist already or something. Of course a more organized download list as well (they did make some changes on PS4 which helps) but a wish list would be great to have it somewhere to keep an eye on and come back to.

I wish they'd let us buy premium avatars on the PS4 store, cuz the default ones are getting kind of boring.

I wish they'd allow us to delete or at least hide content from our library. I do not need to see every beta Ive downloaded there, especially since those will never be accessible again. Such a waste of space for no reason

this too.

it's little UI things like this that need to be tweaked and changed.

That as well, totally forgot about that. No need for Destiny, The Crew, etc betas to still be there.

Seems like demos are a thing of the past though, can't remember the last time I downloaded a demo of a game to try out.

Sony announced few new features that will come with 3.0 firmware. They say this is not final list.

  • Events: A new hub for events has been added, giving an overview of activities taking place in the games you play most, as well as official broadcasts. For instance, you may see an update for a double XP weekend, a special enemy appearing at a scheduled time, or seasonal events like in-game towns being decorated for the winter.
  • YouTube live: PS4 owners will be able to live stream gameplay to YouTube. Live streams will be viewable across YouTube, including on the new YouTube Gaming mobile app and website.
  • Online storage capacity increase: PlayStation Plus members’ PS4 cloud storage capacity will increase from 1GB to 10GB
  • Favourite Groups: Favourite Groups has been added to the Friends app, letting you add new or existing groups as a Favorite Group and quickly access groups of people you like to play games with frequently. This will make the process of getting a game session up and running even easier.
  • Communities: PS4 users will have the ability to create communities based around shared interests, like games, genres and more. Communities include a message board with general discussion, screenshots shared by players and the ability to join parties or games. If you want to tackle a big multiplayer raid, but don’t have enough friends, this could be a great way to connect with other likeminded players.
  • Sharing video clips to Twitter: Users will have the ability to share video clips directly to Twitter. The maximum video length is 10 seconds, but you’ll have the ability to trim longer clips.
  • Live from PlayStation: We’ve added the ability for users to view popular broadcasts, video clips and screenshots on the Live From PlayStation area
  • Screenshots: We’ve listened to your feedback and we’re happy to confirm that PNG format is now an option for Screenshot saves
  • Now Playing: The Now Playing screen will display more information about what your friends are doing, and you’ll be able to quickly jump into a party, request a screen share, or jump to PlayStation Store to buy a game your friend is playing.
  • Request to watch: Want to view a friend’s gameplay session? Now you can send a ‘Request to Watch’ notification to a player, which will start a live broadcast or Share Play invitation to the person playing.
  • Stickers: Tired of typing out messages? With this update, you’ll be able to send stickers to friends through the messages.

Project Morpheus, the virtual reality headset for PlayStation 4, has been officially renamed PlayStation VR, Sony announced during SCEJA Press Conference 2015.
“The name ‘PlayStation VR’ not only directly expresses an entirely new experience from PlayStation that allows players to feel as if they are physically inside the virtual world of a game, but it also reflects our hopes that we want our users to feel a sense of familiarity as they enjoy this amazing experience,” said Masayasu Ito, EVP, Division president of PS Product Business and VP, Software Design Division. “We will continue to refine the hardware from various aspects, while working alongside 3rd party developers and publishers and SCE Worldwide Studios, in order to bring content that deliver exciting experiences only made possible with VR.”
At the Tokyo Gmae Show this week, various PlayStation VR demos will be playable, including Danganronpa VR, Final Fantasy XIV Online, Hatsune Miku: VR Tech Demo, Aquarion Evol, RIGS: Mechanized Combat League, Dynasty Warriors 8: VR Demo, Kitchen, The Playroom VR, Joysound VR, and Summer Lesson.
PlayStation VR is due out in the first half of 2016.

Well, here's a blast from the past. I don't know if anyone remembers this or not, but way back in the day, a game called Ni-Oh was announced and was suppose to be an early PS3 title. It vanished into thin air. Within the last few months, rumors were circulating that the project had been revived as a Wii U project (which sounds weird, but when you consider Bayonetta 2 and Devil's Third, it's really not that weird), but it just got re-unveiled at Sony's TGS conference as a PS4 title, developed by Team Ninja. A little gameplay footage is shown and people are comparing it to those Souls games, but it looks a lot more like a cross between Onimusha and Ninja Gaiden to me.

I like that Steel Black but I already have 2 extra controllers, red and white. I'll keep that Steel Black in mind just in case though.

Those have only been listed for japan so far. I saw that all last night and there's hasn't been any hint yet since that those will come up here or any of the west. but things are subject to change . so we'll if those come to North America

Yeah the red controller I got was imported from Japan and came in a box with Japanese writing so I could see some sellers putting them up on places like Amazon. I'm sure folks will be able to get their hands on them in the States

Yeah if I really wanted one and they don'tt come out here in the States I'd just import it. Not hard at all.
