ah, cool!! welcome to the PS4 family!! :woot:

do you want to share PSN ids?

I can PM you mine.

Thanks. :D

I am not on the network, I don't play online, just single player when I get the time. :)

I'm the same way. UC4 is the first multi-player I've ever gotten into. It's really fun, but I'm also terrible at it, so for the sake of the other players, I keep leaving the matchmaking and coming back so that no one is constantly stuck with me dragging the team down, lol.

BTW, glad to hear you finished and enjoyed UC4, Hunter! I've played through it twice now and it may well be my new favorite game ever.

There is no rumors about it. I hope they are planning to make one. I hope Capcom makes a new Dino Crisis at some point.

I loved both of those franchises, especially Syphon Filter, it was like the fun, B movie cousin of MGS back in the day. :D

I never attached my PS3 to the net either so I've yet to be the weak link on a team lol. Of course I now don't have a way to play Blu Ray's on my PS4. :O

Same for me with Uncharted 4, it really was every bit as great as the praise said.

hey, that's ok!!

hope you continue to enjoy your PS4!

Cheers. I hope I enjoy my next game as much as Uncharted 4! :woot:

If the rumors surrounding it are true, the Neo really won't be a significant upgrade from the vanilla PS4, so I don't see a need to get it unless someone offers an amazing trade in offer from vanilla to Neo.

From the sounds of it, the Neo will be primarily focused on enhancing performance for VR, in which case I don't have a need for it. I never like to be an early adopter of new tech, so I should be good for the next year or two.

But if there is a significant graphical advantage with the Neo, I may be interested.

It's so confusing. I could start buying games before the console lol.

I'm with you SpideyVille.

if it offers graphical and performance improvement that's not tied to just VR or 4K displays, then I'll be interested. especially if there's a good trade in deal.

but, if the extra power is indeed mainly for VR or for 4k displays, then I may not bother upgrading.

I'm with you guys. I currently don't have the means or interest in going 4K or VR right now so the Neo is a non-issue for me. My current PS4 kicks all kinds of ass as is.

I'm getting the Neo and the Xbox Scorpio.

I likely will too (although I don't own my own PS4 at the moment so not relevant to the upgrade question).

Do you have a PS4 currently? There won't be any Neo exclusive games or anything. All PS4 titles will run on both vanilla and Neo.

Nope, still ps3 and 360 my friend. There are a couple of games I want to play and May buy soon before getting ps4/neo,namely Second Son,Arkham Knight and Uncharted 4.

I won't be getting a Neo anytime soon. There's a part of me that feels like I got my PS4 two years too early, just because I only just now feel like we're getting the true "next-gen" games that are making it worthwhile. Maybe after the Neo's been out for a couple years and the consensus is positive, I'll give it a go.

I don't see myself getting neo or ps vr maybe when there is a major price cut

I think This was the best Sony E3 Press Conference all the titles everything shown did not bore me I can't believe it was over. I wanted more

I've never been happier about my decision to go PS4 of Xbone this generation. There's so much amazing gaming coming to the console. I'm not even a VR fan, but I may find a way to get the VR headset just to support Playstation. I'm very pleased with the games I saw.

I just saw a trailer for a game called 'Steep' by Ubisoft, is it a multi player only game or can you play it on your own?

Holy **** Sony butt ****ed this conference.

last night I was kind of harsh on Sony because I felt most of the games didn't really interest me.

while that is still true, the more I think about it, the more I agree that Sony "won" E3. not just in terms of the games, but in terms of their "message."

Sony's message was clear. These are the games you can only play on a PS4, or game experiences you can only get on a PS4 ( like FFXV or RE7 VR ). If you don't already own a PS4, you need to go out and buy one, and the PS VR, to play these games.

Sony let it's games speak for themselves.

Very true. They also stuck to game footage instead of relying on babbling talking heads.

They also seemed to emphasize that games are works of art and a medium for great storytelling. That "sophistication" was also matched with the orchestra and stage.
