So, with Spidey making his way back to theaters in 2011, I decided to make this thread dealing with your excitement for this one, your good (or bad) experiences with the past three films, what you would like to see in the movie, and etc. 2011 can't come soon enough!

New York Comic Con is in October of next year (why is it so late?), so there might be a panel for Spider-Man 4. It's almost certain.

I'm as hyped for the film as you can get at this point in post-production.

I am really, truly anticipation this movie, cause i think after TDK, Raimi has a point to prove and has this added motivation to go out and try to not just top TDK, but top SM2, which i still regard as the best comic book movie.

But i probably will spend most of production/post not really on this board as i use to in the past, cause after a while, all the blind negativity and same discussions about recasting, reboots and just things that make no sense, take away the fun of posting with fun and knowledgeable posters. But i deff. will be popping in and out to interesting threads and look at that amazing Manip thread, which always produces some quality work.

I will only get excited when I hear who the villains are, that is if it's a good choice of villains which I pretty much believe it is. As long as it's classic villains.

For that I just wanna let you know that I discovered a fantastic homepage with the storybook of the next Spider-Man 4. For my opinion this is a real professional story: http://www.mehlhart.net/

I do not know, if the story is the right one, but all already known rumors round about Spider-Man 4 are part of this story - what if this is the real story? What if the story is alredy existing? And at the end the story referred to a personal meeting with Tobey Maguire - I do not know, what you guys (or Sam Raimi/Gary Ross) are thinking, but I would say, this is pretty cool.

I know I've mentioned it to a few friends of mine, but I've had several dreams of me swinging around like Spidey in the last few months. So yes, I am very much in the anticipation stage for this movie. Alot. I think this next movie will fit Spidey's rep very closely and be... AMAZING
