I'm not the best at drawing but I ma de this, it's actually based on Colin Farrell's face. I was thinking the whole time that why can't the Penguin be a threat physically to Batman? so he wouldn't be like Bane, but when I was drawing him I was imagining a chubby "powerlifter" type or at least someone who lifts weights a lot in his spare time. The jacket is actually based on avation jackets with fur/feather linings that are really like that. Otherwise, besides the hanging down suspenders, he's practically the penguin. He has pinstriped pants, and a vest with a black and white striped tie or something like that as an ode to Tim Burton's. I used an avation jacket for inspiration because I imagined him not only as a criminal boss, but also a jewel theif and somebody who likes to fly small airplanes and also he has not only guns but blanes acting as the umbrella's "frame" that detach and act like giant scythe's.
