Hmm i've never heard of those guys, and their reviewing technique is quite annoying.

I'm really bolstered by the unending good review. I'll be getting my IMAX 3-d tickets tonight.

Ok, I'm only up to the end of the first paragraph and already this guy's pissing me off with his snarky tone and doing nothing but talking about films other than THIS ONE.
His review sounded more like political rant than a movie review to me. I immediately discount those. Too many critics have an agenda for my taste.

On the "humor" topic. My five favorite SH movies are:

1-Kick Ass
2-Watchmen
3-Iron Man
4-Spider-Man 2
5-X2

Some have a lot of humor, some have none. I don't think it matters.

The Destroyer is a robot, is what one of them said?

I'm not even gonna read it because I'm sure it'll only get me annoyed.

Loki put Odin in suspended animation? Someone definitely wasn't paying attention.

I've been reading from JiM #83 via reprints and is currently at #190. I love the Odin/Thor/Loki dynamic. And it seems this film really nailed it.

The resemblance is uncanny

God, this negative review get's dumber and dumber as I read it. They or one of them compared it to Power Rangers and one of them claims that the 'score' is abscent?

I'm not exactly buying it. The only similiarities that they have is that they are normally non-animated objects and that they have human characteristics because of their 'exterior'. That shape on the head of The Destroyer, It looks like an actual extension of it's head.

A common complaint has been that the score is too loud.

There's always at least one review like this. I can't wait to see what Devin Faraci cooks up. He has been hating on the film for months.

Well then they should have taken their 'complaint' up with the theater even though they can only turn down the volume so much.

When you put it like that, I'm really looking forward to his review.

I hope that Thor doesn't come off as a normal person too much and do wonder if Loki uses his magic on anything else.

I'm so glad there's no actual Don Blake in this movie.

Some of you might be disappointed by the battle, that occurs between Thor & Destroyer. Sure, it was impressive, but at the same time it was kinda short (like Iron Man battles with Iron Monger & Whiplash).

Yeah RIM, I've heard that this fight was kind of short, but it was a good bit longer than the Whiplash fight right?

So was it short in length yet cool with a good number of blows being thrown, or was it short as in only a few attacks was used?

Sometimes, I wonder if these people who review movie are just internet trolls and people who have existing biases. I mean, just look at some of the negative reviews for The Dark Knight (94% on RT), Spiderman 2 (93%), and Iron Man (94%).
