I saw that part when the scene was released before the movie came out, and I got goosebumps watching it. It does seem like it's painful, but good ol' Abomination took it in stride and whooped Hulk's ass afterwards.

I know, talk about raising the bar on superhero fights! Even people who think TDK is the best superhero movie to date (I'm one) think that TIH still has the best superhero/supervillain fight to date. One part that has me amazed is that the Hulk was giving the Abomination his best hits, and he continued to have him held on the wall.
