I was a big X-Files fan back in the day and was definitely on Mulder's side. I have recently been watching it again on Netflix with my fiance, who has never seen it before. It's funny how I became Scully after all these years and she is Mulder. I did a total 180.

I was never much into the X-Files.
I would watch the occasional episode, but it wasn't my cup of tea.

I did watch the 6-part miniseries and i liked it, specially the all "it's not aliens", since it's much more logical.
But....wasn't Mulder a believer in the original? Didn't he watched stuff happen and talked to aliens? How the hell did just put that aside all of a sudden? Talking to aliens would be a big proof in my book...

Yea I know that story. Werewolf or not its just a really interesting mystery as to what it was. I've read some have theorized it wa a hyena or the guy who killed it had specially bred it so he could unleash it then make money on being the one to stop it.

That's very believable since Brazil is said to be one of the hot spots, and as another members posted - can you upload it? Also how widespread is talk about sightings when you are living in a hotspot of UFO activity?

Honestly,

I don't know what to make of this... If this discussion is to remain serious all movies and TV shows need to be left out.

It doesn't make sense that an alien species could traverse the immense amount of space needed to access our solar system and be able to contact us... Something else is needing to be in place for this to occur I think. A wormhole??? We're not talking science fiction here so I think it's in our heads... Reading up on this is at one's own discression and I DON'T advocate this.

However, if something is out there perhaps it's something spiritual??? I suppose some of these encounters could be in one's own mind? I think researching the valid (perhaps cogent) viewpoints on psychic phenomena is the place to start... Of course these could be evil spirits if they actually do exist so caution is warranted. ESP phenomena perhaps could be dangerous. There is scientific aspects that have yet to be investigated no doubt. Alleister Crowley (someone seriously messed up by many accounts) had an account in which an illusion was dug up representing a grey alien. Are these demonic??? Don't mess with this stuff.

Who knows what's out there. An answer could be the end of us all...

Yeah I guess so and in a similar vein I've always thought we'd never know if someone changed history because that'd just be our history. Like for all we know history has been changed for better or worse already, possibly many times over. But then in that case what happens to the people who changed things because they'd change their original timeline and wouldn't have to go back to change anything in the first place. Maybe in the new timeline they weren't even born.
