Top 10 Abandoned Places

[YT]EcImNkSvR68[/YT]
So many fascinating places simply abandoned. The reasons why are interesting.

This past summer, I would sit on my apartment doorsteps, listening to chill music, sipping a little rum and would look at the sky. Because we live close to the airport in Newark, we would see tons of planes each day. None of them gave out chemtrails. But you'd see planes in the distance that did so and I often wondered why. When I visit Japan or Philippines, I have never seen chemtrails there and their airplanes suck, especially in the Philippines. Not saying I think that they are doing something with those things but it does make you wonder why it is being done.

Where I live, there's a lot of weird stuff going on. I'm not saying it's supernatural, but...

1. Glowing balls (no, you perv) of light. Ball lightning, perhaps.

2. Glowing lights from the woods, strange sounds. Someone's playing with a giant flashlight.

3. Black balls (shut up) or "holes" flying around in the cellar, with a white arm sticking out. I have no idea. Someone put drugs in my Diet Coke?

4. White arms coming out of my bed. Probably just my imagination because I was tired. But still pretty freaky.

5. Strange sounds outside during the night (like a laughing gnome). Farting hedgehogs?

6. Some people talk about human-sized rabbits jumping around in the woods. Marihuana.

7. And the strangest one was the dog that suddenly walked on all fours and turned out to be a man. Probably a furry!

Anyway, I think I'll move very soon.

Where you live at.................are there a lot of poppi fields close by?

What they don't want you to know!!!!

My story:

My aunt and uncle's house in Ohio, where we always go for Thanksgiving has a downstairs/basement that's finished into a living room area, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and den area. My college-aged cousin had moved from one of the upstairs bedrooms to the downstairs bedroom and for a while talked of seeing a blue light that came from the other room through a slatted/louvered door and it always started about 3 in the morning. So, the next year when we were there I decided that I would stay up and see this for myself.

I brought my little video camera with me, and was fussing with it while I sat in the corner on the floor. I forgot to charge the batteries, so that was no good. While I was realizing this, at 2:45, I saw this pale blue glow light up the wall on the other side of the room in the hallway. You could plainly tell it was coming through the door, which I could not quite see, because it was in the hallway a little. I really couldn't believe he was telling the truth. For a full hour, I watched this light come and go. It wasn't at even intervals, and it wasn't the same brightness the whole time. I would come from the direction of the door, and usually from the floor up, and then it would fade back to the floor and through the doorway.

So, an hour goes by, I'm really very tired, and pretty weirded out, and my cousin says "Let's just turn the lights on and go upstairs and get some sleep." I say yeah, that sounds good. You would think that during this thing, I would have gotten up to have a closer look, but it was part being afraid, part being half-asleep, and it was almost hypnotizing. So, we turn the lights on, and walk over there. I expected to see some kind of mirror that a passing car might reflect off of, but there were no reflective surfaces, and the only window on the road side was covered by a thick plastic curtain, and was in the laundry room on the opposite side of where the light was coming from. Everything else looked absolutely completely normal. There were hardly even any electrical outlets. To this day, I really can't explain what it was. I'm not saying it was a ghost....butttt.....

Also, a totally separate story, his mom/my aunt used to work in a hospital even back before I was born. The patients used to talk about a nurse in an older style uniform, and when described, the nurses working said that there was nobody there that looked like that. One day, or night (don't remember)... my aunt looked in a mirror and for an instant saw the woman that fit that description walking behind her and around the corner. She still doesn't like to talk about it. They took to calling her Edith.

Those are my best stories :) Also, my neighbor at my old house and her mom swear up and down they saw a *huge* UFO fly over their car when my neighbor was younger. Hard-working, salt-of-the-earth people that I would have absolutely no reason to doubt.

Personal story:

I was in the Air Force stationed in New Mexico. The base I was at was having an Exercise in which we all had to work twelve hour shifts for several days in a row. For this particular exercise, I was working the overnight shift out of a warehouse separate from the main part of the base. Meaning it was way out in the middle of nowhere away from the flight line and other buildings of any given military base.

One night, about two or three in the morning, I decide to go for a walk. I step outside and see four strange lights bobbing back and forth across the night sky way out on the horizon.

They were just a bit brighter than the surrounding stars except that they were zig zagging back and forth, almost as if they were playing with each other. I knew they weren't stars (because they were moving) and I knew they weren't any type of human aircraft because of how fast they were going, and the peculiar angles they were taking. No human aircraft could move like that. Also, they were not some type of insect as no insect could give off that much light from that distance.

I thought I was going crazy so I called back into the warehouse and asked a girl I was working with to come out there and verify what i was seeing.

She came out and saw the same lights. They played around for the next few minutes and then shot off to the east out of view.

To this day, neither of us can offer a good explanation of what we saw. Top secret USAF aircraft? Alien aircraft? Your guess is as good as mine....

Mirage Men is a nice doc on Netflix right now. It centers around a retired disinfo agent, and he talks about how he deceived the UFO community. Pretty interesting.

Not sure if this is the right place, but my dad knows someone who married the daughter of one of the Chapman kids. Yea, 1941, Jenny Chapman and her kids saw Bigfoot.

Anyway, he remembers seeing something coming out of the woods. But the he realized it wasn't. He was also able to recall witnessing it eating some of the fish before it tossed the barrel and smashing it on the ground, apparently not liking the salt from curing the fish, and screaming.

I realize its not much, but its also something different since you never hear anything about the kis except they were there.

Why do you think most aliens are made out to be reptilian?

And why do people assume that if an alien is reptilian, that means that they can shape shift into other people?
