My story:
My aunt and uncle's house in Ohio, where we always go for Thanksgiving has a downstairs/basement that's finished into a living room area, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and den area. My college-aged cousin had moved from one of the upstairs bedrooms to the downstairs bedroom and for a while talked of seeing a blue light that came from the other room through a slatted/louvered door and it always started about 3 in the morning. So, the next year when we were there I decided that I would stay up and see this for myself.
I brought my little video camera with me, and was fussing with it while I sat in the corner on the floor. I forgot to charge the batteries, so that was no good. While I was realizing this, at 2:45, I saw this pale blue glow light up the wall on the other side of the room in the hallway. You could plainly tell it was coming through the door, which I could not quite see, because it was in the hallway a little. I really couldn't believe he was telling the truth. For a full hour, I watched this light come and go. It wasn't at even intervals, and it wasn't the same brightness the whole time. I would come from the direction of the door, and usually from the floor up, and then it would fade back to the floor and through the doorway.
So, an hour goes by, I'm really very tired, and pretty weirded out, and my cousin says "Let's just turn the lights on and go upstairs and get some sleep." I say yeah, that sounds good. You would think that during this thing, I would have gotten up to have a closer look, but it was part being afraid, part being half-asleep, and it was almost hypnotizing. So, we turn the lights on, and walk over there. I expected to see some kind of mirror that a passing car might reflect off of, but there were no reflective surfaces, and the only window on the road side was covered by a thick plastic curtain, and was in the laundry room on the opposite side of where the light was coming from. Everything else looked absolutely completely normal. There were hardly even any electrical outlets. To this day, I really can't explain what it was. I'm not saying it was a ghost....butttt.....
Also, a totally separate story, his mom/my aunt used to work in a hospital even back before I was born. The patients used to talk about a nurse in an older style uniform, and when described, the nurses working said that there was nobody there that looked like that. One day, or night (don't remember)... my aunt looked in a mirror and for an instant saw the woman that fit that description walking behind her and around the corner. She still doesn't like to talk about it. They took to calling her Edith.
Those are my best stories

Also, my neighbor at my old house and her mom swear up and down they saw a *huge* UFO fly over their car when my neighbor was younger. Hard-working, salt-of-the-earth people that I would have absolutely no reason to doubt.
