Has anyone noticed that more people seem to be seeing Watchmen on DVD/Bd than at the cinema?

I remember when it was I was telling people to go and see it over and over, and the majority didnt, now I hear these people mentioned about JEH being the new Kruger and that he was amazing in Watchmen.

well i didnt get the chance to see it in theater myself. So i had to wait for dvd. I know very little on the characters but i enjoyed the movie alot.

if you liked it then reading the Graphic Novel gets way more in depth with the characters. theres several characters not even mentioned in the movie

yea i dont have alot of cash on hand presently, to go buy graphic novels and all that. I do want to read it some time in the near future.

^Yeah, its great the book actually becomes a companion to the movie, if you want more of the character you love in the movie, just read the book!

i am probably one of the only ones out there who actually thought Watchmen was better then the Dark Knight. I have been waiting for a comic book movie that was actually a comic book come to life on screen. You know having the events that happen in the comic book actually happen on screen. Watchmen did exactly what i hoped, and i was very pleased with how it turned out in the director's cut. this is just my honest to god opinion. please don't hate me. i have my own opinions, so you should respect mine as i respect yours.

heck i had no love or hate to the book at all. as i said i never read the book but i known of it for yrs. And i wanted to see the film even though i knew nothing of the characters. Got the directors cut dvd and i enjoyed the movie alot. its to bad it didnt do better in the box office.

I have absolutely no problem with it, in fact I think the DC of Watchmen is at least on par with TDK, if not better.
