Me... I want Ray Winstone, Alfred Molina, Timothy Spall or Paul Giamatti.

Molina as Penguin he has experience in CBM playing Doc Ock in the original Spider Man trilogy so to see him in another CBM franchise especially one like Batman especially playing another villain but this time playing Penguin he would actually be an interesting choice

It's not that he is fat, but isn't John a little too tall? I always thought of Penguin as being short. Although Robin Lord Taylor is skinny, he makes a
convincing Penguin because he is short. I'll go so far as to say short is a bigger criteria for Penguin than fat.

Sounds to me like he was actually lobbying for the role and is trying to back peddle now that he sees no one wants him anywhere near the Penguin.

Imo, he doesn't really have a Penguin-esque look. He looks more like Penguin's lesser known cousin: Oscar Cobblepot.
