maybe it was a concept poster since the 27th was indeed the original date but since that's Saw III's opening weekend, I bet we'll see it on the 20th like CS says

Hope it will be released on Oct 20th, because even if The Prestige is going to be one of the best movies 2006, it won't win in so close competition with Saw III, which has bigger auidience.

But I think The Prestige will make about $75-85m, because of it's anticipation and quality.

'The Prestige' is definitely my most anticipated movie of the year.

I didn't read the novel, but I did read and love 'Carter Beats the Devil', the fictionalised story of magician Charles Joseph Carter during the last years of the golden age of magic. If you liked 'The Prestige' be sure to check it out.

This is a interesting picture. They are in a graveyard , there is a shovel in the ground behind Angier /Hugh Jackman . I wonder who or what they are going to be digging up .

I like the tagline of the poster . The poster it's self doesn't tell much about the movie kind of mysterious. Will people be intrested in seeing it based on the poster ? I like it though .
