So I went to Target today to buy some things, and I was given the idea to ask this question to all of you while getting rung up:

You've paid for your stuff and you're making your way for the exit doors. There are two sets of exit doors, a set on the left, and a set on the right.

You go for the left ones.

Walking, walking, walking.

You're 6 inches away from the doors and...

...Nothing.

You walk right up to what you thought were the automatic doors and nothing happens.

Do you:

A) Go through those doors by pushing them open

OR

B) Walk over to the ones on the right, that are in fact automatic ones and walk out of those?

C) Explode a small explosive and 'Die Hard' myself out of there....

Actually, B) I'm like Spock, why all the unnecessary force?

I blame it on my girlfriend for distracting me and then push the doors open

I always go out the automatic doors. They have a sign on them.

It would waste time to try the other doors. You push open the doors and walk out.

Spawn is the best at what he does... But what he does isn't very nice...

I hope my answer satisfied you btw... I believe I got the gist of it...

Start a Break Dance competition right then and there.

The lady stopped and walked over to the automatic doors.

It kinda...bothered me as I sat there with Relapse and Trident in my hand.

I mean, if she looked at it how Spock would have then that is okay...but I think she was just lazy.

it's more intresting how a third option can change how people react to the first two options.

on topic i'd try one then the other since doors aren't too big of an issue.
