What kills War Zone for me is how weirdly campy it gets in the second half with all the Jigsaw and Loony Bin Jim crap. The first half isn't too bad, and Stevenson is pretty good as Frank. But then it's like the movie turns into a cartoon.
Oh, and that one guy who played the comic relief detective was a terrible actor. One of the worst performances I've ever seen in ANY movie. He was like a human Jar-Jar Binks.
