I'm still trying to figure out where they lost it with the mainstream public. There hasn't been a male R&B singing group in the mainstream like them since.

I'm still trying to figure out where they lost it with the mainstream public. There hasn't been a male R&B singing group in the mainstream like them since.

For whatever reason R&B groups faded after the 90s. Some of them still hung on, but it seems that either record companies aren't marketing groups anymore or people want to do the solo thing at a higher rate. The 90s was like a great conglomerate of groups that would have lasted decades if the era was different, but music changed so much in 1990-2004.
