lol I'd say don't give them any more idea's on something they know very well they don't have enough skill or the right people and resources to attempt to make. But thankfully they have changed course . the results will be too tragic if they ever went there.

But it will be nice to come to an official conclusion to the story of the series
I hope they make controls and camera motion much better here than it is in RE6, controls are the deadliest flaw of that game

they should take a break for a bit and not put anything out til their sales are up with revelations. I wouldn't mind seeing Leon and others raiding all the people that have access to bio haz tech, with tactical teams. but they just went back to basic's with revelations of sorts and I'm sure alot of people want them to keep those elements.

I really hope it is fake. Capcom should think long and hard before releasing another one and about how they want to approach it. "The war ends now," indicates to me that it is just another Call of Evil and that everything wrong with 6 will still be present.

Six is just such a weak game all around. I wanted to like it and overlook its flaws....but it really is just a bad COD/GOW knock off. It is so linear. There is no exploration or claustrophobia (elements that made the series great). Instead you just walk from point A to point B shooting monsters. Occasionally there are levels that have no place in a Resident Evil game (high speed car chases, fighting helicopters, driving motorcycles, etc). Plus the Ada chapters are just tedious. Ugh....no more Capcom.

yeah that's why I said they should take a break. Cause when they do that some how I'm sure it'll even screw up their so called reboot too. Cause everyone that is a buyer will think they have learned nothing and after fallowing up 6 with that.

As I said they need to take a break and see how revelations does for their sales, and think real hard on how to approach this. They need to think Real hard.

Yea I agree. This series is dangerously close to the point of no return.

After playing the demo a few more times, I cancelled my pre-order. I'll wait for this to be a bit cheaper. I ended up buying a 3DS XL instead.

With RE6 not meeting sales goals, I dobut Capcom would invest in another sequel so quickly.

That's what scares me. It may be like FFXIII-2 & 3. A cheap knock off that reuses models, environments, etc in order to make a quick buck and recoup some losses.

RE7 already? Thats fast! Anyway, I want Jill, Claire and a new female character to be the main playable characters.

And I don't think it should be the last one. The only one that needs rebooting is the Resident Evil movie series.

I really hope that RE7 pic is fake. Given how Capcom has admitted that RE6 didn't live up to expectations and that they claim to be reevaluating how to approach sequels of their big franchises, I would like to think that the next RE game is still in very early stages of development and planning.

Hell... Just get it on the XL. It's a game made for handhelds... Playing the demo reconfirmed that for me.

That's what I'll probably do. I was gonna buy it for the Wii U, simply because I don't have any Wii U games. The 3DS Xl though is really awesome so I'm thinkin I'll buy it in the next month or so

And another thing about RE6, is the box-art cover. It was one of the first images that they released when they announced the game and they didn't have the effort to create a different image for the box-art, I thought they would change it and include pictures of the characters but no.

I've resigned myself to that as well. Pikimin in August, then probably nothing until October or November.

Release those two, then remake 2 & 3, thats all I want. If that happened I'd forgive Capcom for MvC3 and RE 5-6.
