Directed:

The Omen
Lethal Weapon series
The Goonies
Scrooged
Superman

This guy's been successful in a variety of genres, unlike other directors that are good, but are known for their style ie. Quentin Tarantino or Tim Burton. So, let's talk about Donner and any of his movies.

How could you leave out Ladyhawke and Radio Flyer?

I like the Lethal Weapon series. Don't really care about the rest.

16 Blocks with Bruce Willis was solid.

Imagine if that was a die hard sequel and john mcclane is now a burnt-out alcoholic detective instead.

16 Blocks. Aka the final Die Hard film for me. That is all.

Seconded and Thirded...

Also agree with 16 Blocks, an underrated movie in my opinion and would have been great as a Die Hard instalment.

He should be known as director of one of best comic book films ever with Superman.Sorry
haters but it remains one of best comic book films ever.

even though some may be down on Mel Gibson these days due to his public comments
donnor has had good collorbations with him especilly the lethal weapon series.

He also directed a true classic with the Omen.

One underated film of his I enjoy Is the Toy.

He Is one director who knew how to go from serious to light in film and make it feel
national.

16 blocks would've been a more fitting ending for john mcclane's story...
then fighting in russia in live free or die hard.

seems like donner doesn't get enough recognition. a couple of his films can be considered classics by now.
